I enjoy writing about what I know. I write about people, events, human nature. I try to spread positivity and shed light onto the dark. To share my experience to enhance others and give them the help to get there.

I like closing my eyes but not as much as I enjoy opening them. I love music but am unable to read notes, so I play from memory. I am a Mom but I have no children. I am a wife but my husband is gone. Most of the time, for regrowth and renewal. I’m a grandmother to those I don’t know. I’m a dreamer but I’m stuck in the real world. An artist without a craft. As a kid, I couldn’t wait to grow up and now I’m still waiting to get there. I write as my passion, loading real life examples intertwined with humor and clarity. I am an author with no books and feel that most friends I have are good for 10 min tops. Very beaten up by life, looking to get back into the fun of this!
Maggie writes Creative Non-fiction because she could not generate fictional garbage half as good as the “stuff” in real life. She writes about people she meets, situations she’s familiar with and with hope, to engage and inspire her readers.
A born and raised Yooper, Maggie lives with her husband and two dogs, an hour from Lambeau Field, in rural Wisconsin.
